Denver, Colorado

What does the future hold? Our fortune says we will be converting this historic 1940’s paper mill turned fortune cookie factory into an incredible mixed use project in Denver’s Baker neighborhood. Breaking ground late 2018, the ground floor will be designed to welcome international artists in residence and showcase local and international artists work. It will feature 2,000 square feet of gallery space, three distinct artist studios and a dedicated apartment to house the visiting artists in residence. Additionally, a 7,500 square foot private apartment will be built on top of the existing 1941 building to house a one of a kind, impeccably designed residence with a uniquely curated art collection. Working with Davis Urban Architecture, Amanda aims to create a “gritty city modern” feel for the entire building. It will not only be an instant icon in the neighborhood but an inspiring creative haven for artists from around the world. Our vision is to have a different artist in residence every quarter, curated shows and exciting events throughout the year.
