Converting a fortune cookie factory into an incredible mixed-use space may be bold, but how could we resist? Aptly named Cookie Factory, the building is located in Denver’s Baker neighborhood and will feature over 5,000 square feet of gallery space.

The building also includes a 7,500 square foot private apartment on top of the existing building that will be home to a carefully curated art collection.

Collaborating with Davis Urban Architecture, Amanda achieved a gritty city/modern feel. Cookie Factory strives to be neighborhood icon as well as a stimulating home-away-from-home for artists from around the world. Our vision is to have internationally curated shows, and exciting events throughout the year.
