Located in Denver’s eclectic Baker neighborhood, AJP Realty & Design took a historic 1940’s paper mill turned fortune cookie factory and built an incredible mixed use project with a museum below and a home above. Collaborating with Davis Urban Architecture, Amanda kept the industrial identity of the 1st floor for the museum, with the upper floor apartment as sleek and modern. The 7,500 square foot private home on top of the existing building is truly an urban escape which features a carefully curated art collection with internationally recognized artists.
